The closest thing to a brother I ever had, despite the bad “ending.” Had an email but then he disappeared again. Might still be in or around Spokane, Washington.
Mark Dobbins (and Sara Kralewski)
From California… Bakersfield maybe? Attended University of Alaska Fairbanks, worked for me as a student at the film library and media counter at Rasmuson Library, fellow philosophy student, came over for a very odd (thanks to my roommates and I) Thanksgiving dinner one year. Sara was/is a rocketry wiz doing work for NASA now, I think.
Lisa Rawhani (nee Lisa Larson)
The one that broke my heart first. Grew up in Kake, Alaska. Some high school on the east coast. Married and lived in Juneau, AK– which was when I last heard from her over a decade ago. Is/was a teacher.
Victor Dartt
Grew up together in Alaska, played high school basketball together. We had a short-lived garage band. He went to UAF for a while. Last I heard he was a police officer in Arizona.
Steve Bell
Went to high school together and raised some hell afterward. Last I heard Steve was down South somewhere and writing a lot.
